DR. WYNLEE DECKER grew up in Cache Valley; she graduated from Colorado State University in 1994, then worked for a hospital in Utah County before joining NOAH in 2003. Her professional interests include dentistry, birds, and exotics. She shares her home with one dog, five pigeons, eight chickens, two pet sheep, one horse, two cows, an exotic finch collection, two young children and one very tolerant husband. In spare moments, she enjoys riding her horse, hiking and skiing.
DR. BRUCE ENGELBY is originally from North Ogden. He obtained his Bachelor of Science at Utah State University and went on to Veterinary School at Oregon State University, graduating in 1983. He practiced in Great Falls, Montana for three years before returning to Ogden and establishing North Ogden Animal Hospital in 1987. Dr. Engelby's main interest is surgery, particularly orthopedic surgery. He has taken the philosophy of NOAH to heart and now lives in Pleasant View with two horses, one cat, three dogs, two children and one wife.
DR. JIM EVANS is originally from Logan, Utah where he grew up on a small ranch. He studied Veterinary Medicine at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. While attending CSU, Dr. Evans studied both small and large animal medicine. He enjoys all types of medicine, but he has a particular interest in small animal orthopedic surgery. When he is not at the hospital, Dr. Evans likes spending time with his family or working around his house. He also enjoys camping and tinkering with anything electronic. The zoo at his house includes one cat, two horses, and four monkeys (his children).
DR SHARON KLAR grew up in the Detroit area of Michigan and received her veterinary degree from Michigan State University. She started working at NOAH in 1998 but then took some time off to deliver twins. She enjoys being back home here at NOAH. She and her husband Matt have three children, one large dog, two ancient cats, a snake, two rats, and a rabbit. She has special interests in preventing and managing allergies, internal medicine, and soft tissue surgery. She enjoys hiking, camping, trail running, and spending time with family, friends, and animals.
DR. JEFF STOKER grew up in the Ogden Valley. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Utah State University and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 1994. He began practicing at North Ogden Animal Hospital later that year. His special interests include internal medicine and preventative care. Dr. Stoker and his wife, Wendy, have four children and a cat.
