Appointment Policy

Please call us at (801) 782-4401 to schedule an appointment or surgery.
Scheduled surgery appointments are available Monday - Friday.
Routine appointments are available 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday - Friday. 
To help you plan: average time spent in our clinic is 1 hour from check in to check out.

Patient Arrival Policy

For the safety of our pets and their owners we ask that all dogs, cats, and birds come in leashed or in a carrier.  
 

Payment Policy

Full payment is due at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Care Credit, Scratch Pay, and cash.

Boarding Policy

Our best care practices require dogs to be up-to-date on their Rabies, Distemper/Parvo combination and Bordetella vaccinations. Cats are required to be current on Rabies and Feline Distemper vaccinations.

Boarding check-in/out between 9am-Noon and 2:30pm-5:00pm Monday through Friday. 
Closed Saturday & Sunday. No pick up or drop offs are available.

When boarding with us, please plan to have at least 30-40 minutes to go through our check-in process depending on services requested while your pet is boarding. 

If your pet will receive medications or if an exam is requested during boarding, a veterinary technician will document dosing instructions and gather information for an exam if needed. 

​Any pet that is vomiting, coughing or has diarrhea should find alternative care.
