Dr. Stoker grew up in the Ogden Valley. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Utah State University and his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 1994. He began practicing at North Ogden Animal Hospital later that year. His special interests include internal medicine and preventative care. Dr. Stoker and his wife, Wendy, have 4 children, grandchildren, a dog (Grizz) and a cat.
James Evans,DVM
Dr. Evans is originally from Logan, Utah where he grew up on a small ranch. He received his Bachelor of Science from USU and studied Veterinary Medicine at Colorado State University in Fort Collins. While attending CSU, Dr. Evans studied both small and large animal medicine. He enjoys all types of medicine but he has a particular interest in small animal orthopedic surgery. When he is not at the hospital, he likes to spend time with his family or working around his house. He also enjoys camping and tinkering with anything electronic. The zoo at his house includes 1 cat, 2 horses and 4 monkeys (his children).
Wynlee Decker,DVM
Dr. Decker grew up in Cache Valley; she graduated from Colorado State University in 1994 with Dr. Stoker. She then worked for a hospital in Utah County before joining NOAH in 2003. Her professional interests include dentistry, birds, and exotics. She shares her home with 9 chickens 1 sheep, 1 horse, 6 cows, 3 finches, two children, and 1 very tolerant husband. In her spare time she enjoys riding her horse, hiking, and a more recent hobby of kayaking and rafting.
Valaine Palmer,DVM
Dr. Palmer is originally from Preston, Idaho; she graduated with a degree in Zoology for her undergraduate work at Idaho State University in 2004. She attended and studied Veterinary Medicine at Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas graduating in 2008 with her DVM. She takes particular interest in soft tissue surgeries but also takes interest in routine health care and internal medicine. In her spare time, she enjoys horseback riding, fishing, camping and other outdoor activities.
